1. Order & Shipping Questions
- Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies.
- How long will it take to receive my order? We process orders quickly! Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders have a handling time of 0-1 business day and a transit time of 1-3 business days. You can generally expect your bird’s new toys to arrive within 1 to 4 business days after placing your order.
- How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s delivery status.
2. Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please email us at support@aquastarpet.shop with your order number and the reason for returning the item. We will guide you through the process.
- When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

- What payment methods do you accept? We securely process all payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
- Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your data is safe. We do not store your credit card information; it is securely processed directly by Stripe.

- Are your bird toys safe for all birds? Safety is our priority! Our toys are made with natural, non-toxic materials designed specifically for parrots, budgies, cockatiels, and other small birds. However, we always recommend supervising your pet when introducing a new toy.
