    1. 30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return process, please follow these simple steps:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
    • Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    If your return is approved, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. You will receive your money back within 7 business days of the refund approval.
