1. Shipping Destinations We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Times We know you are excited to receive your pet’s new toys! Here is how our shipping schedule works:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST / Eastern Standard Time)
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates We offer simple and flat-rate shipping options to make your shopping experience hassle-free:
- Orders under $100.00: A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies.
- Orders $100.00 and over: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping!
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages While we strive to ensure every package arrives on time, occasional delays with shipping carriers may happen. If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please check your tracking link.
